Chris Hanson moved to Phoenix in 2005 where he worked at Wells Fargo Financial in the Wholesale Mortgage Division. His roots there led him to start Hanson Capital Group in 2008 where he’s been responsible for over $300M in transactions ranging from apartment building repositioning to lending to real estate portfolio creation on an institutional level. A firm believer in vertical integration, Chris continues to expand his focus into different areas of the market. He has been featured in both the Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg for his activities and success in real estate and investment management. Chris graduated from the University of Arizona’s Number 1 Ranked Entrepreneurship program with a B.S. degree in Entrepreneurship from The Eller School of Management. He is actively involved in the Arizona community as a sponsor and contributor to various philanthropic organizations as well as being an active member of the Arizona Chapter of Entrepreneur’s Organization. Chris is a dedicated serial entrepreneur with ongoing success in real estate and banking. He doesn’t just set goals, he actively follows them through to realization. Chris is also a private pilot and an avid race car driver.
Tiffany Harper adds over fifteen years of experience in real estate, private lending, finance and sales to the team at Hanson Capital. She has played an integral role in the company’s portfolio management, multi-state expansion, and overall growth. She was responsible for development and implementation of the company’s lending and financial systems and procedures and is intimately involved with the transactions completed by Hanson Capital over the past several years. Prior to Hanson Capital, Tiffany’s efforts were focused primarily on the sale and management of real estate. She began her career as an executive assistant to a prominent real estate agent, which led to assisting a successful developer with two large scale condo conversion projects. She moved on to serve as the Vice President of a private real estate investment company, specializing in the acquisition and management of luxury properties throughout the Phoenix metro area. Her multifaceted experience from loan processing to property management in the early stages of her career combined with fierce dedication and passion for the field provided a key foundation on which to build her knowledge of real estate and finance. Tiffany holds an active real estate license in the state of Arizona and attended Arizona State University, where she majored in Pre-Law Studies and English.
